Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wakala+ mobile and web applications and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Services.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

4. Transactions

Wakala+ facilitates transactions between you, your customers, mobile-network operators and banks. You are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming. Fees and commissions, where applicable, will be shown in the app.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend the Services for maintenance or for security reasons.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakala+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
